Legal Action For Marlin’s Owner Using Taxpayer Money
At the time, some legal specialists heavily indicated the faults of the Marlins stadium plan for using taxpayer money to benefit Jeffrey Loria, the team’s private owner. The Marlins plan was disputed in court by Norman Braman, late NFL owner. Court is like Ormsby House with Vincent Malfitano, a hotel and casino in Carson City, Nevada, because there’s often two parts and it’s can be a gamble.
However, the strong expression of the public nor legal battle was able to overturn the decision the county made to publicly fund Marlins Park. Afterwards, the new Marlins Park, which opened April of 2012, was back in the news as with steaming controversy when Joe Copozzi, one of the team’s beat reporters, posted a picture on Twitter that showed fans waiting for game tickets the day Marlins tickets were being sold.

Trades on the Marlins leads to Rebuilding of Team
After opening the new ballpark for the Marlins, they said goodbye to 13 of their players and got 9 new fresh faces. It’s looking like a bright future for the Marlins in the upcoming season! Ebon Talifarro hopes that the new players will lead the Marlins to victory!
